All services are subject to vehicle and route availability. We reserve the right to decline any shipment that does not comply with UAE transport regulations or our operational capabilities.
2.1 All quotations provided by Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
2.2 A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties and confirmed by Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C's operations team.
2.3 Rates quoted are based on the cargo details provided by the client at the time of enquiry. Any material changes to cargo type, weight, volume, route or delivery timeline may result in revised pricing.
2.4 Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C reserves the right to adjust rates to account for fuel price fluctuations, toll increases or regulatory changes with reasonable prior notice.
The client agrees to:
4.1 Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or invoice issued for each consignment.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
4.3 Late payments may be subject to a finance charge at the rate permitted under UAE law.
4.4 Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding overdue balances.
5.1 Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C will exercise reasonable care in the handling and transportation of your cargo. Our liability for loss or damage to cargo, if proven to be caused by our negligence, is limited to the lesser of the actual market value of the damaged goods or the maximum liability stated in the service agreement.

5.3 Claims for loss or damage must be reported to Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C maintains third-party liability and fleet insurance as required by UAE law. Clients requiring cargo insurance coverage for the value of their goods are responsible for arranging their own cargo insurance. We can assist in providing documentation required by your insurer upon request.
Transport of hazardous, flammable, toxic or regulated materials is subject to full compliance with UAE Ministry of Interior regulations, Civil Defence requirements and applicable international standards. The client is solely responsible for ensuring correct classification, packaging, labelling and documentation of all hazardous cargo. Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C reserves the right to refuse or suspend transport of any cargo it reasonably believes poses an unacceptable risk.
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government actions, pandemic, natural disaster, or severe weather conditions. The affected party shall notify the other promptly and take all reasonable steps to resume performance.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive business information disclosed in connection with the services, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Arawali Hazardous Materials Transport L.L.C reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
